Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. We do not refund shipping charges for cartridges and ammo. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Delivery Policy
We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take a little longer than our usual delivery times. For international orders, please call us at +44 (0) 1330 820444. Shipping charges for cartridges vary with the number of boxes ordered and are calculated at checkout. Trustach Shooting Supplies will not accept online orders in excess of ten boxes (2,500 cartridges). For large cartridge orders, please call us at +44 (0) 1330 820444.
All prices for non-cartridge products include free UK shipping. Our carrier requires the signature of a person over the age of eighteen for all cartridge deliveries. We typically fill and ship your order within two business days. If there is a delay or all the items are not in stock, we will contact you. In the unlikely event that there are any items missing from the order (as detailed in your order confirmation email), please contact customer services by email or phone us on +44 (0) 1330 820444, so that we can sort this out for you.
